Cheap warehouses s.r.o. Is a full-service developer and manager of commercial real estate that specializes in the search, purchase, reconstruction, revitalization, management and subsequent lease of industrial parks for a wide range of companies. Cheap warehouses are the owner of several logistics complexes located throughout the Czech Republic. The company is constantly working to optimize buildings in line with market needs and the latest technical developments. Therefore, energy efficiency and sustainability are among the company's priorities.

The main activity of the company Cheap warehouses is the rental of own buildings - industrial real estate. The standard building allows universal use for both logistics and light production. We offer tenants the possibility of renting already realized spaces, without previous modifications or realization of premises according to specific requirements. Locations are carefully selected and we are confident of the location. All of our parks are located near major transport roads and offer accessibility to the workforce that is a prerequisite for company success. The industrial areas also include administrative premises, accommodation facilities with social facilities or workshops of various types, except for their own filling stations.

Our warehouses enable optimization of transport within the supply chain and allow companies to work with optimal inventory (quantity of orders) in terms of quality of service.

The idea of ​​separating areas from residential areas is based on several principles:

  • Ability to concentrate dedicated infrastructure on a defined area to reduce the cost of doing business with this infrastructure. This infrastructure includes roads, railway sidings, ports, power supplies (often including three-phase power), high-end communication cables, large volumes of water and high-volume gas pipelines
  • Ability to attract new tenants by providing an integrated infrastructure in one place.
  • Eliminate industrial uses from urban areas in order to reduce the environmental and social impacts of industrial uses.
  • Ensure localized environmental controls that are specific to the needs of the industrial area.

All stock parks offer fully fenced and guarded areas. They provide a combination of excellent location and very competitive rental rates. They can be stored in halls and on paved outdoor surfaces, and individual rooms can be further separated and locked. The areas have excellent transport accessibility, including railway sidings or nearby Czech Railways. There are sufficient reserves for the power consumption of own transformer stations. All necessary connections (water, gas, sewerage, telephone) are installed. Most industrial parks are welcomed as well as light industrial production, all relations with the surrounding environment have been solved. The main functions of qualified logistics include inventory management, purchasing, transport, storage, consultation and organization and planning of these activities. Logistics combines expertise on each of these functions to coordinate resources in the organization.

There are two fundamentally different forms of logistics: one optimizes the constant flow of material over a network of transport links and nodes while the other coordinates a number of resources to implement a project.

We are also intensively working on the implementation of other modern trends in all areas of Cheap Warehouses:

  • Modern warehouses commonly use pallet racking systems with wide aisles to store goods that can be loaded and unloaded using forklift trucks.
  • Traditional storage has been declining since the last decade of the 20th century with the gradual introduction of Just In Time techniques. JIT supports product delivery directly from vendors to consumers without the use of warehouses. With the gradual introduction of offshore outsourcing and offshoring at approximately the same time, however, the distance between manufacturer and retailer (or component manufacturer and industrial plant) has increased significantly in many areas, requiring at least one warehouse in the country or region in any typical supply chain Assortment of products.
  • Recent retail trends have led to the development of retail stores in the warehouse style. These high-ceiling buildings show retail goods on high and demanding industrial shelves rather than regular retail shelves.   • The next trend is for a supplier-managed inventory (VMI). This gives the vendor control to maintain the store level in the store. This method offers a new solution: the supplier gets access to the warehouse.
  • Major exporters and manufacturers use warehouses as distribution points for the development of retail outlets in a particular region or country. This concept reduces the final costs for consumers and increases the sales ratio.
  • Cross docking is a specialized type of distribution center (DC) where little or no inventory is stored and the product is received, processed (if needed) and sent in a short time frame. As with storage, there are different types of cross docks.
  • Reverse logistics is another type of storage that has become popular for environmental reasons. The term refers to items that are distributed from the end user back to the distributor or manufacturer.
